The Burger Room - East Dunbartonshire

Great food, great price and fantastic customer service. We shall be back! had a great lunch for £5.00 and that was to course...best nan bread ever too!

Waited an hour for delivery. Order wrong even though explained in detail what we wanted. Food was cold. Phoned to get a new one sent out, was told it would take another hour or I can have partial refund, which was less than what the item originally cost and then lied and said delivery was more than it is usually. I've ordered from here many times so I know how much things are, we order the same things. Apparently delivery is £2.50 for less than 1 mile away. Works out cheaper to order through just eat which is normally more expensive. The lady on the phone was abrupt, didn't care the order was wrong and was like either take the refund or wait another hour! Needless to say I won't be ordering from the burger room or the Ashoka brassiere again. I'll just order from the Indian Cottage who never get it wrong!

On arrival it's very hard to figure out where the burger oom is. We actually went upstairs and the came back down again as there was no signage to say where to go. Once we got in we realised it's actually combined with another restaurant and they just give you the menu for the one you're looking to eat at. I ordered a chicken burger which was lovely and my partner ordered a beef burger with lots of fillings whig he thought was lovely too. Ordered a side of macaroni, just in case I wasn't keen on the burger, which was a really large portion so really fed the two of us. Liked the food just find the layout a bit confusing. Would probably make more sense to have a separate venue.

Does what it says on the tin...Tasty burgers and shakes for a fair price. Not a massive selection but has options to customise your burger.

Ive only eaten here once back when it first opened. I haven't been back, more so that I'm not from Kirkintilloch. The burgers are good but it took the waitress ages to understand that I didn't want the bun with my burger. It was good when I finally got what I asked for..I would go back as my boys love burgers, can be a bit pricey depending on what you order.
