They need to learn how to make decent coffees. we ordered a soy flat white and it was below average- could not even determine what was soaking in this cup. we threw it out after a sip.

We came here last day. it was busy and they had only 2 people. some orders didn't get right through and the customer was angry. other customers had to wait long before they had waited for their order that never came out. the customers had to pick up the orders on the counter, although they received a license plate to put on their table. more people come, more people were annoyed, and the workers were clearly stressed. there was actually a third staff that just happened to go home, probably because it is the end of their layer, left behind 2 stressed colleagues. what is the moral of history? the management must be revised. this place must rent a capable manager...read more

We came here on the grand final day. It was busy and they only had people serving. Some order didn't get through properly and the customer was angry. Other customers had to wait for a long time waiting for their order that never came out. The customers needed to pick up the orders on the counter despite being given a number sign to put on their table. More people come, more people got upset and the staffs looked visibly stressed. There was actually a third staff that just casually went home, probably because it's the end of her shift, leaving behind stressed colleagues. What's the moral of the story here? The management needs to be revisited. This place needs to hire a capable manager and way more staffs especially on public holidays. Don't be too stingy and let your staffs suffer. Kudos to the two staffs who worked very hard. As for what we order, we actually just came here for coffees. Unfortunately the coffee was below average and burnt.

Situated in a shopping mall, The Coffee Emporium provides pleasant seating in a relatively open and well-lit space. We stopped there for coffee but none of us was satisfied with what we were served; the coffee was watery and poorly made.
