Dunkin' - East Glenville

Great service. Joy is always so happy. My go to Dunkin drive thru.

I go for a simple decaf ICED peppermint mocha latte, I recieve a Luke warm hot drink with caffeine, not what I ordered. This has happened two times where the staff just doesn't listen and never gets orders right.

Drive-Thru person was rude, borderline nasty, the lady at the window was a smidge better in attitude. My husband and I were just passing through on our way to a car dealership, he got a very simple medium hot with 2 cream 1 sugar. It was lukewarm I kid you not it tasted like coffee-flavored water. It was horrible. Gas Station coffee would have been cheaper better than this. My muffin was good, my ice coffee was decent.

My coffee was 3.77 gave the person 3.80$ idk what the dude did with my money but somehow was missing a dollar and tried to tell me I didn’t have enough. After I counted my money 3 times before handing it to him. He had 2$ and my change idk if he dropped my dollar but I have never had an issue with DD and I go to other locations all the time. Will. NEVER again go to this location just horrible that someone would take a dollar from someone or not even bother looking for it after it was clearly their mistake. Will never go here horrible customer service. The person did not even care.

I usually don't go to this Dunkin but for convenience it's right by my job. I went through the drive thru and ordered just a basic hot coffee. customer service was great no issues there. as soon as I left the line I pulled over to shake my coffee. I took a sip and it was burnt. I could literally smell the burntness. so I wrap around the drive through and ask them if they could make me a new one because this one tasted burnt. they seemed confused but ask me to pull around. they hand me another coffee I gave back the other one. I said sorry and kept it moving. as soon as I pulled away I tried the coffee again it still had the same exact burnt taste. meaning they made me a new one and used the same pot. I was disappointed, but didn't have time to turn around again. I ended up going to Broadway Dunkin' Donuts and paid for another coffee even after telling them what just happened. Looks like I won't be going to Freemans. This has happened more than once and that's why I'm writing a review.
