Stopped in just by chance when we were walking by. Had some apps and a slice of pizza. Everything was great and staff very attentive and friendly!
Been going here for well over a decade. looks like they just added a three percent convience fee now if you use a credit card. I get when businesses charge this if you spend under $5 but to charge this on 30-40-50 dollar orders is ridiculous to me. Convience fee for using a credit card? 90 percent of people use credit cards these days. Cash is quickly becoming obsolete.
I hadn't eaten at Filippou's since I started following a gluten-free diet, but I decided to order a gluten-free pepperoni pizza for takeout a few days ago. It was ready in about fifteen minutes, so I picked it up at the restaurant. While it was a bit pricier, the pizza was delicious and matched the quality of other gluten-free pizzas I've tried. The Main Street location offers plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options.
I haven't been to Twisted in a while. I decided to give it a try on a beautiful day and sat on the patio to watch Main Street, EG. The house wine was $8, but the pour was small. I asked for the pizza to be crispy, but it came out with burnt cheese. To top it off, there was a 4.3% charge for using a credit card, which we didn't see on the menu. The server was nice, but we will be trying pizza at other restaurants from now on. Who carries cash these days anyway?Credit cards are more common. Twisted has lost our business.
