Providence Oyster East Greenwich

An absolutely delicious lunch. Bri was a great server, the bisque was piping hot, wonderful on a cold day. My husband's oyster po boy was out of this world

Lunch at the Providence Oyster Bar was one of the best restaurant experiences I have had. We were greeted very warmly and seated immediately though we were a bit early for our reservation. Our waitress was very personable and never rushed us at any time. I am always happy when served an ice cold salad and that is just what my Caesar salad was. The baked fish was piping hot served with potatoes and very tasty green beans. We all chose pistachio cake- the like of which I have never had. We had decided we were too full and would take only a bite. Instead we each ate our entire piece right there. The only thing which would make this experience better would be to have the recipe for this heavenly delectable treat. Do yourself a favor and enjoy a delightful lunch while attended to by this caring staff.

The waitress ruined our night. She was a sub par server. I go out to eat a lot and am usually a 25%-30% tipper. She seemed very inexperienced and her personality was not there. I only left her 15%, I hope she got the hint!

Great food and value. Dine here frequently and have never had a bad meal.

Delicious fresh seafood options. The interior of the restaurant is charming. If you are a fan of swordfish, you definitely try it here!
