I write a review for the marina. I tried to book a slip and after a few days there was a double booking and another marina. I called to cancel and try to explain the situation, but it ended to keep about half the nightly rental that this is their cancellation policy. They were not attentive, did not come back to me and were extremely discouraged. The Dockwa ratings also indicate that the marina is subpar in terms of amenities. I would certainly avoid keeping your boat here.
We were more than pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was equipped with a GREAT shower/tub. We had a private balcony (I think all rooms do) with a fantastic view of the port. The pool was closed (COVID) but if it had been open, it would have been easily accessible. The hotel is only 2-3 miles from the city and only one mile or so from the beach (I believe). The staff was very nice and accommodating. We will definitely visit again!
I came to Christmas last year when no people were there. And this quiet time is exactly what I want from this place. You can enjoy the pure beauty of nature especially at night. The cottage is clean, tide and cozy.
Incredible views! We went on a day when they were having electro issues so they were making a reduced menu, only sandwiches and stuff like that. The staff was very kind, and the sandwiches were very good.
