I am quite the regular at this particular location, and I was rather shocked and disheartened by the treatment of staff by the district manager. Mike I believe his name was? Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by grating sounds of screaming coming from behind the front counter. I found it incredibly inappropriate and appalling that a person of authority would feel so comfortable belittling and verbally abusing his minimum wage workers for all to hear and see. As if those workers, who are nothing but pleasant to their customers, are somehow beneath him as people. And just as I thought things could not get any worse, they in fact did. While enjoying my meal, I overheard the district manager threatening his employees jobs by making a man choose between his own employment, or another coworkers. Completely and utterly disgusting, unprofessional behavior. As someone who has worked in the customer service industry for many years, I have never seen such behavior so publicly and shamelessly exhibited. Your treatment of minimum wage workers is vile, and I hope you are ashamed.

Yeah this Panera location sucks, I ordered a whole salad and received the amount for a half, the avocado was dark, even the papaya green tea didn't taste good. I also asked for a lemon slice and was told they don't have any. Right.
Sandwich bread was absolutely rock hard! Soup was great tho (it comes bagged lol)
