Chili's Grill - East Hanover

We really enjoyed our time at this restaurant! The Happy Hour was a lot of fun! The venue was clean, and the staff were very friendly!

The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The food was delicious; I tried the ribs, and they were fantastic.

The food was great, the service needs improvement, but overall a great experience.

As for the food, I ordered the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo, which includes a selection of Chili's BBQ items. I chose the Texas Dry Rub Ribs, Brisket Quesadillas, and Crispy Chicken Crispers, accompanied by Roasted Street Corn, Garlic Toast, and Fries. Hands down, this was the best BBQ I've ever had. While I may not have tried much authentic BBQ, I thought it was amazing. The ribs were flavorful and perfectly tender, the crispy chicken strips were familiar and satisfying, the corn was the best side with all its delicious flavors, and the brisket quesadillas were simply outstanding. Each bite was heavenly. It will definitely be a tough decision whether to order a full portion of one of these items or stick with the combo the next time I visit Chili's. We also tried the warm chocolate chip cookie, and it was fantastic. There’s something magical about being served warm, which makes it all the more delicious.

I ordered a single menu item online for pickup, but they got my order completely wrong. Instead of what I requested, I received a different item altogether. The manager didn’t even offer a refund. I advise you to spend your money elsewhere; this franchise has really declined in both quality and service. I won’t be returning, ever.
