Chuck E Cheese - East Hanover

For the first time, I've seen another Chucky E case. I really enjoyed the robots there. It was an explosion! I also liked how it was set up. Do we have a nice staff?

I was here for my daughter's 4th birthday party. She loved all video and ride games. There is also a second floor with more games. The pizza was good and my daughter loved the chocolate cake. Chuck. E came out to say hello to birthday guests. It was a little hard to find because it has no big sign on the front. This is a great place for the little ones.

We had a fantastic time on a weekday with my 4-year-old who had the day off from school. The restaurant was very clean overall, although they should have staff regularly wipe down the games due to Covid. Almost all of the games were in working order, and the food was delicious and served promptly. The animatronic characters that I remembered from my own childhood were constantly entertaining us with their dance routines. My son had a great time, and I felt a wave of nostalgia wash over me.

The staff could not load time on the bracelets so that the children play. We waited the time. The manager had to ask for help from the other manager? This manager came out where the food is made all unveiled, I my hair was unorderly, the woman had to put on her shoes while the area food is made? What was going on back there? After waiting for more than 20 minutes they gave us the cards for the children to play. This place should not be open during construction. There are big holes in the ground. My three-year-old fell into one and hit her face and knee. The floor is somewhat covered with carpets, but some spots have holes. Some tiles in the ceiling were not so installed and could fall on someone. The birthday cake was dry and old.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this place when I attended a birthday party. The robot signs were a little creepy because their eyes remained closed as if they needed some maintenance. The food was also terrible, BUT gave me four stars because the children had an amazing time and all wanted to stay forever.
