Panera Bread - East Hanover

I typically enjoy Panera Bread as a go to place for lunch as they are inexpensive, quick and you can usually get ?healthier? options. My most recent experience was not a good one, however. I ordered a whole Fuji apple chicken salad and the few pieces ofchicken were frozen and had a grey color to them. The lettuce mix had quite a bit of rotted ?leaves?. I called and spoke to amanager who agreed to comp me a salad upon my next visit. Although she handled it quickly and professionally, I was very unhappyto have learned their 100% all-white meat chicken breast filet is actually frozen and thawed out. I obviously did not eat thechicken and unfortunately it will be a while before I return.

The person that waited on me was awful. I placed an order for two persons he put the order as a pick two only gave one side. When I checked the order I informed him that I ordered for two persons it was not a pick two but two full separate orders. Heseemed annoyed. My only question is why doesn't anyone want to do their jobs. If you do not want to work stay home. I will nevergo back here.

Ordered a mango smoothie from here hoping it'll be great to try something new from panera. It turned out to be bad...one of the workers complained that he had to make a smoothie. That turned me off right away if my order is such an inconvenience to youthen I'd cancel my order and get my money back. The smoothie didn't even taste like mango! It was more citrus than anything.Disappointed.

They did not have blueberry cheese spread when we went to buy as soon as they opened in morning. Neither did they have other cheese spread tub size. So kids were disappointed

I went to Panera and Jesse was the one who took my order and I just want to say that he is a great worker! I ordered chicken noodle soup, a bread bowl and a cook chicken sandwich from which he spoke, and the 30-year-old sauce aioli. It ensures that your food is in your pocket and the food has been properly cooked. I just want to say I had a great chicken sandwich. Once again, Jesse gives great customer service! Give him a promotion!
