Dunkin' - East Hartford

I'm just going in a blue moon, so it's annoying. I work in an office, with an in-house coffee machine, so sometimes to lunch, I want a coffee, maybe a donut or two. and joel was inconspicuous to me. when I say he went beyond and beyond, I mean it. very glad that there are people like him who make the afternoon as pleasant as possible.

This place is really good. everyone makes mistakes, but how confusing they tell me 4 sugars and I only get 1? four and one sounded nothing like each other.

They never listen to orders.always gets things wrong and too slow.careless kids

Worst Dunkin ever isn't this where the main training station is for employees? What a joke waited 33 minutes in line on a weekend afternoon it's only 12:34...... still can't get the order right after waiting 34 minutes thanks for wasting my day

I been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for a long time. Marco is very friendly, and very accommodating. He goes above and beyond, making sure your order is correct. It is a nice place to go and relax. I recommend this Coffee Shop above all others.
