Humacao Lounge - East Hartford

That was my second visit. the first time was great, so I returned. but for my second visit, while I wait for my lunch, the waitress brought our job to another table and after a few minutes she realized it. and yes! You guessed it instead of creating another job, she brought it back and came out with it! I noticed and told her. hopefully they have a better experience than ours. oh and btw. they stay away from the cattle. they are the frozen ones that they can find in their food!

I've ever ordered worse food, but eating was the worst I ever had! the Churrasco-Steak was $26.00 I don't want to pay! but the steak was hard like a rock! the rice were also hard, was not cooked enough that I was in hardford for the weekend, and I thought I would have a good meal, but no i definitiw don’t recommend this restaurant. and the other eating I order was also not good.

It’s so sad because I’ve been going to this place for years, back when they had their old smaller location on silver lane next to the gas station. I would refer all of my coworkers to this place because their food was really good. Unfortunately, they have made me look bad because their service, their food, customer service, communication etc is terrible. Perhaps they are under new management or they put too much money into their decor that they forgot how to run a business and make quality food. There has been many times that my order wasn’t correct or the person taking my order doesn’t even know what they have available. The price is way too expensive for the poor quality you receive. The last time I called to order I think I was speaking to someone new because they said they had to call me back to ask the manger if they could make me the meal I requested, which is an item on their menu.I waited on hold for literally 27 minutes before she asked if she could call me back. Waisted my entire lunch hour. This review is based on several occasions with this restaurant not just one. I am very disappointed and if I could leave zero stars I would.

Cute bar and living room for private parties. these young have improved since my last visit a few years ago. the place was for the day of the mother. most fashionable selection of beer and cocktails. filz like to house with all my Puerto Ricans enjoy the music and eating. even though the waiting lasted one, the food and atmosphere were all worth it.

We came here because we had heard from friends that it was a very good restaurant, but it surpassed our expectations. the food was great and service even better. we're coming back. we recommend it.
