Peppers Jamaican Bakery Jerk

The food here is excellent, but recently the beef patties have become really tough. They used to be so soft, and I wish things could go back to how they were before. It feels like they pick and choose when to serve the soft patties. Honestly, this has made me reconsider being a customer. I think I’ll go back to Scott's on Albany Ave – they’re the best!

I've visited this restaurant three times, hoping each time for improved customer service and food quality. Customer service can truly elevate this place from average to exceptional! It often feels like you're inconveniencing the staff just by being there. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of respect for customers who aren’t Jamaican. The overall demeanor of the employees is just plain rude. I recommend that the staff finds something that brings them joy because it’s clear that working at this restaurant isn’t doing it for them. It would be great to have team members who are enthusiastic and treat customers kindly!

Her best bet for Jamaican food is hardford? Everyone who really eats here must think new. when you run inside, you immediately encounter a strong odour of a! they failed in state health control (not a coincidence) and they are very rude and unprofessional to customers. next to all that if they are real Jamaican food. good Jamaican eating? you would know it wasn't? it is annoying because the pfeffer earlier east hardfords favorites was back the day! now they give you cold rests that sit out all day, are collected by flying or what else they have in there. even if you feel warm, it is not fresh, they keep under a heated lamp and therefore you can taste dry. her best bet goes after hardford for Jamaican food.
