Pizza - East Hartford

It's honestly crazy that this place is still in business! It's currently 12:49, and I ordered a pizza at 10:50, but it still hasn't arrived. I got an update at 12:05 saying it was supposed to be 5 minutes away, but there's still no pizza. This seems to be a recurring issue, and I'm not sure what's going on with the management here. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this place—there are much better pizza spots in terms of food quality and customer service.

However, when the manager called, they accused me of lying and began yelling at me, threatening to call the police! I ended the call. What kind of business is this? They were just trying to sell the pizza, and the manager’s reaction was completely unhinged. It was a frustrating experience!

The white pizza is amazing—it's my favorite! I don't mind the drive when I'm in the mood for some delicious pizza.

My family has been getting pizza from here for some time. I must say it has been good, just order a large two wks back pizza was extra hot, soft at all the right places. But we just order a big pizza that was garbage. I know you gave us an old pizza, so your review is what it's okay. Not like you take care of your customers who spend money with you. Oh, yes, if you add a better website music, the fact does not change.

DO NOT ORDER from this place. Waited over an hour for my delivery. Called up and they said they never printed the ticket because it was ordered online. WHAT? Why have an online system if it doesn't work. Epic-fail.
