Subway - East Hartford

Will never return after two teenage employees(1 with no mask and the other with it on his chin) argued with a customer that confronted them about it. The wanted to remain wrong and strong, and were completely unprofessional. First and last time attending.

Customer service refusing after making the wrong sandwich I’ve never experienced this at any other store in my life I’m extremely disappointed I don’t usually take time to do ratings

Just came to this subway. There were three employees, empty store, stood there for two minutes and none of the employees even acknowledge we were there. Not to mention their attitudes, using slang vocabulary and laughing between themselfs while we waited. We never got to order. We have come to this subway other times and there’s always something that doesn’t deliver the service expected. From not having the desired bread type to not having cookies at all. Not recommending this location to anybody.

Business hours were stated as open Untill 9pm drive to location and it was closed at 8:35.

Just walked in to order food and found out there is no working bathrooms for days not even for there workers. They are still allowing people to sit and in dining area and eat with no working bathrooms nasty and against health regulation and management is aware and see no problem. Employees said they go to the laundromat next door to use the bathroom. The laundromat bathroom has no soap for months.
