Papa John's - East Hertfordshire

I ordered pizzas from Papa John's online for the second time and took advantage of the 241 offer on Tuesdays, which was a bargain. I wanted one of the pizzas to be half Hawaiian and half without pineapple, but couldn't select that option online. After placing my order, I called the shop and they were very friendly and accommodating, allowing me to have the pizza half/half. The pizzas arrived about 30 minutes later and were still warm. The delivery girl, Nadja, was very friendly and delivered our pizzas with a smile. I would highly recommend Papa John's. Thanks, guys!

We ordered 2 pizzas from 1755 Restaurant and received them cold at 1855. After sending them back, we waited 40 minutes and finally received warmer pizzas. The delay was due to the driver going to the wrong location in Sawbridgeworth instead of Elsenham. Despite calling the shop twice and being told the driver was just a few minutes away, it took 2 hours for the pizzas to be delivered. We were disappointed and will not be ordering from there again. While we did receive plenty of apologies, there was no offer of anything complimentary.

We ordered a vegan the works, but received a meat pizza in the box labelled vegan. We ate some trusting it was vegan. I had not eaten meat in years. Called to complain and the manager said I don 't care . What a disgraceful was torrent customers

Tried to order online and via app and I was constantly told the store was closed…. this was on a Tuesday between 3.30pm and 6pm. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with them. In fact I was only using them to cash in a free pizza from when I last complained to their customer services. Avoid them

My friend suggested Papa John's to me and I must say, the kids love it. The pizza and sides are great. I've been there twice myself and many times with my friend. I prefer it over other pizza takeout places. They don't charge for delivery and the service is quick and friendly. Thanks, guys!
