Papa Johns Pizza - East Honolulu

I have ordered in the past from this store, and everything was perfect. Last night, when i called the store, they went above and beyond to try to help me with an issue I had with my order not being delivered nor refunded. Though out of their hands, they showed sympathy. I really appreciate how they handled the situation. If I buy Papa John'sPizzaa again, it will be from this store, though I'll have to drive across town to get it since I'm out of their delivery area

I like Papa Johns. Used to go all the time. But when I moved to another place, there wasn't a convenient shop close by. Oh well. But when I know I'm gonna pass by a outlet on the way home, hey why not? Was interesting that the phone dude knew which PJ was closest to me and connected my phone number and location to set me up for a coupla pies on my way. That was pretty cool. The pizza? Good as always. Happy happy.

In and out! Ordered in house meat lovers. Took home to eat.

It was difficult to order on line it was the only way to order. So I went elsewhere to get food.It is better if clusters are able to make phone orders

If you like cold pizza, order through the website Papa John Pizza. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Website sent my order to the wrong store and it took two hours to bring home my order. Reply from Papa Johns REP was it was my fault. This was the last PAPA JOHN ORDER for my family. There are many other pizza places.
