Pizza Paradise - East Lansdowne

Very polite when ordering. But pizza was burnt three out of four times. Full transparency they did try to make it right by giving me a free pizza with my next order. It's kinda like gambling so order at your own discretion.P ersonally it's a thumbs down for me

Food is 90% great. Most of the time the pizza is cooked great, sometimes it’s burnt. Wings are always prefect.

Ordered at 710pm a small pizza. I called to inquire about the delivery 50 minutes later. I was told it would be 5 minutes called again 10 minutes later. The person handling the call was very rude. Saying we have an hour. She abruptly said thank you dismissively and hung up. I called again and was placed on hold. I will do without their pizza establishment.

Guy at the front was definitely racist or something. I asked for a box for my slice of pizza and bro wouldn't give me a box

Customer service is trash if your black, nobody where gloves or looks to be cleaning their hands. cant even get my pizza well done after i asked multiple times to make sure to even burn it if they have to lol. Bare minimum
