Burger King - East Lansing

It was pretty busy, I give it so much that it was good. I had the crispy chicken sandwich that is all I eat about the bread, and my man and son had the hepper. So I'd have to say it's pretty good for an almost food joint.

It was super slow. I try to understand it, but it would be nice to have warm, fresh food if I finally get it. plus serviettes would be great. something in this load either has to happen new administration or it just has to be shut down and I say sadly.

The drive-thru person did not acknowledge us at all after we gave our order..we sat and waited but he never repeated our order or told us the total..or told use which window to pull up to...first window was not in operation...had huge garbage can inside where a person would stand. When he got to the second window...the guy took a long time to get our money...the drinks came out quickly...the food not so much. We order chicken nuggets and ended up with nasty old dried up jalapeno popper. They were GROSS. This Burger King sucked

Understand the limited staff situation but this location cannot get it together. Consistently out of menu items. Orders take forever but not made fresh. I could have tolerated the wait but at least give me hot fries for waiting more than 5 minutes to even order and another 5 to 10 for the order. The order board needs updating to reflect discontinued items. The guy at the window could have informed the out of stock items at ordering. And prepped the bags, salt, condiments, napkins, while waiting on orders instead of waiting until food is done. Offered drinks while waiting? Why not take 3 or 5 car orders have them pull and park, process...deliver to the cars? This location is failing. Only thing keeping it alive is the Burger King name. If it had a none national name it would be closed already. I do give the staff props for showing up and trying.

This location on Lake Lansing is a marvel to still be in existence. It is and always has been the worst ran franchise in the U.S. I've never eaten here without at least 2 of the following issues happening simultaneously: 1 out of food, 2 horrible wait time 3 missed part of my order 4 food tasted cold or old. They get a 1 star vs 0 because coffee is good.
