Jimmy John's - East Lansing

Fast service, quick meal. The sunny weather was wonderful.

I don’t understand how Jimmy John’s phone can be off the hook for an hour and a half. Did you guys just want the day off, couldn’t get it, and are mad? Also I ordered a sandwich online, got the completely wrong sandwich called again to talk to someone but once again “User Busy”. All I have to say :

The store hours changed? i have gone here twice to try to get a quick sandwich for dinner and both times it was around 5:30 and they answer the drive through to tell me they’re closed? not sure why this keeps happening. i also keep trying to call them and it keeps giving me the message, “sorry the line is busy”.

I went in Saturday to get a sandwich the guy asked me to wait outside I don't know why no one was in there. I left im not going back to this one
