I was told that is not food that is available, maybe in a few months at another location.Second attempt went to the drive through to order a snack. Was given half my order the window was closed on me helper left. I just drove off will not return.Confusing not worth it. Please improve your business communication.
It's very frustrating that the business doesn't have either both names listed on the building or on here. We were just there and didn't know it was the correct business because from the outside it indicates it's Papa Rotti, a coffee shop. We left thinking we didn't find the right place and likely won't be back.
The *best* Mediterranean food I've found in Lansing! Chicken is flavorful, lentil soup is perfect, rice with almonds is *chefs kiss*, and really good salads/dressing.My only complaint is the portion size of the grilled vegetables side. The first time I ordered, they forgot it completely and the second time, I only get a slice or two of pepper and a small chunk of onion. Pretty disappointing.
It used to be our go to place but today was terrible. The order was for dine in and she put it for to go also i waited like more than an hour for food and drinks. Everyone who came after me got their orders and we were just sitting there. When i went to talk to the person they were looking at me and ignoring me as well. When i asked for the manager she said he is not there. What kind of place this has become. It was our anniversary dinner that they spoiled. Thank you you lost one of your loyal customer.
Food is great. Ordering via EatStreet service is terrible. We ordered and came to pick up and they didn't prepare our food. La Marsa staff blamed EatStreet and didn't process the order because it had baba ghanoush which they don't serve. If you don't serve it why is it on the online menu? When asked why we weren't called about the issue staff said EatStreet didn't provide the number. Why use a terrible ordering service? Again food is great but if you can't order it and get it when you need it, what's the point?
