Poké Lab - East Lansing

I want to share the news that Poké Lab is open again! I’m currently waiting for my lunch, so I can’t comment on the food just yet. However, I noticed several posts saying they were closed. I’m not sure when they reopened, but they are definitely open now. Their updated hours are Monday to Friday until 8 AM, so if you’ve been waiting to visit, you can now!

This restaurant offers an outstanding healthy alternative for lunch. It features bowls filled with fresh vegetables, beef, rice, or salad, along with some fresh raw fish. Customers can choose from a wide variety of ingredients to create their perfect combination. It's somewhat akin to Subway, but much better and more exciting. I particularly enjoy the poke burrito, which includes fish, sweet ingredients, and seaweed.

Fantastic! It's amazing that East Lansing has such a wonderful spot! The bingsoo was incredible—more than enough to share with my friend after our meal. The service was extremely friendly, and the decor is beautiful and modern. Everything was very clean. I love this place and can't wait to return!

Fresh, delicious they build their own poke shells and burritos. I only wish they offered mixed greens for an salate basis. all they have is iceberg salad. I'll be back.

I really liked this place, but I've only been there once!!! I've driven out probably five times since then hoping they've opened back up, their online hours say open but when you get there all the light are off and the sign says closed. Does anyone know when they're going to be open again?
