Reno's East - East Lansing

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. While the service was good, the food prices are exorbitant for what you receive. For instance, I paid $16 for a "chicken finger platter" that contained just five small, frozen chicken fingers and a side of waffle fries. They also offer bone-in wings at six for $14, which is quite steep, especially since they don't even advertise them as jumbo wings. The food was decent, but I would say it’s worth only about 60% of what they charge. Additionally, many of the TVs had issues with uneven colors and dark spots. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience, and I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've never had to leave a restaurant because of poor service before. I understand that places can be short-staffed, overworked, and busy, but my partner and I waited for 30 minutes without receiving even a single greeting. I saw a waitress serving the table behind us, while we were completely ignored. Initially, we thought it was just a busy day, but our patience wore thin when we noticed three waitresses chatting at the end of the bar and one sweeping behind the bar. It became painfully clear that no one was interested in assisting us, so we decided to leave. I will not be returning to this location. The whole experience felt disrespectful and unacceptable.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The management is excellent, and they offer quick and healthy food options. I just finished my $2.25 Taster of 4 oz. Bell's Christmas Ale, which was also impressive. They have a wonderful selection of unique craft beers. I also noticed that the men's handicapped bathroom stall has a perfect spot behind the toilet for changing diapers. Be sure to try the Baja Shrimp Bowl—it's delicious!

The service was great, good prices for drinks and all friendly people who work there.

Slow service but good menu to choose from. Great place to watch games and take kids.
