Mediocre food and smoothies for too high price. And it takes forever to get your food. Yes, they cook it right in front of your face so you know it's fresh, but fresh food can still be bad food, and that's what this place has. It is edible and serves if you are desperately hungry, but the wait is too long to be worth it. Go to McAllister's for a good sandwich or wrap

AMAZING SERVICE!!! We ordered through Uber Eats, but our driver forgot the smoothies. Instead, he only delivered the other food. We tried to reach him, but he didn’t answer his phone. We then contacted Tropical Smoothie to find out if the driver had picked up the smoothies, but they confirmed he hadn’t picked them up at all. I asked if there was any way to get the smoothies delivered now, but unfortunately, they said they couldn’t. However, they then offered to process the order directly from them (I would have done this from the start if I had known!) and even refunded us for the smoothies! It wasn’t even their fault! I give this location and its manager a million stars—even though I didn’t catch their name. Thank you, Tropical Smoothie!!!

First time at this chain, but not the last. This is really good food. I had the hummus wrap; kid had the Cajun shrimp wrap and wife had the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. Good food, good staff. A very young staff, but very helpful and attentive. They seem to do massive business, yet they get it right. We are now fans of this chain. There is one pretty close to where we live (nowhere near East Lansing) and we will visit it soon. The prices are very fair for the quality of the food. At this location, management must be pretty good, as the staff were really helpful and attentive. For a college town, this is not expected.

Good and quick store that sells Smoothies and sandwhiches or quesodillas. Staff is friendly, but not knowledgeable about inner workings of store, they know the foods and menu very well. Store has shared bathroom with jimmy johns next door. Store is clean and bright and has lots of seating. Offers military discount. Download the app for extra savings as well.

I had lunch with a friend at this restaurant, and it was wonderful. I highly recommend the Thai Chicken Wraps. However, there was one issue: when we placed our order, we felt a bit intimidated by the process. To our surprise, our meals were handed to us in plastic takeout bags, and my smoothie was served in a polystyrene cup. While the overall vibe was very friendly, the excessive use of plastic and styrofoam didn't feel environmentally friendly at all. I hope that places like this, along with other companies, will take a closer look at ways to reduce plastic and polystyrene in our world.
