Costa Coffee - East Lindsey

It is a costal location, but aside from the high prices, it wasn't anything extraordinary. However, the service was good.

Horncastle Costa was a delight to visit! Mansfield Waldstadt should definitely learn from them in terms of cleanliness.

We visit Costa hot castle about times a week we are addicted to costa coffee always found the service to be very friendly can be skittle slow when busy but not in a rush much nicer now we can sit in , thanks to...all the staff during these times of uncertainty

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. The interior was very cold because the door was being kept open due to a cracked window. The last chocolate hot cross bun I ordered was not fresh and had no taste. However, the coffees and flapjacks were decent. The sink in the toilet had a trickle of water and the hand dryer was not working. The hygiene in the restaurant was poor. Despite a staff member saying they would turn up the heating, the cafe remained cold. Overall, this establishment needs some tender loving care.

Two pleasant people serving .very of us waiting in the queue, ..filling up the Marshmello jar was more urgent than serving patiently waiting customers... I observed that it took minutes to do a gentleman before us coffee's people were sat downstairs...we...decided to go upstairs and found it empty with uncleansed tables...with crumbs on seats and floors.. better. staff training required and more staff?... On a positive sandwich and coffees were great .
