While waiting in the drive-thru line to park, a male staff member helped direct me to the car park. He was very kind. However, once inside the restaurant, a female manager named Suzie-Ann or something similar, was very out of control. She was yelling at staff and treating a teenage boy poorly. It was clear she was being condescending and disrespectful towards him. I was so appalled that I wanted to address the situation in person. Unfortunately, when I confronted her, she disappeared, leaving both customers and staff struggling without her guidance. The young man, Callum, handled the situation with grace and deserves an apology and more respect. It is unacceptable to treat someone poorly just to save a few seconds on serving a burger.

My experience at this restaurant is always pleasant. There are two gentlemen who work there and stand out from the rest as they wipe tables and make sure everything is okay. They are absolutely wonderful workers. They never seem bothered by anything, especially the one who has been there for a while. Great job!

Mcdonalds have, for a long time, makes it more difficult and difficult to order meals online from a pc. they finally managed to make it impossible. the problem is, the Android app is also useless. installed it, tried to order, they could not contact...Uber eats, so they beat, I command it and go and get it! what is this? They can also go and order it from the journey through. the whole point of delivery is that the customer does not have to go home to get their food. it seems that mcdonalds does not care about their customers.

I apologize for the delay in writing this review, but I wanted to express how satisfied we were with our service and food when we visited on Wednesday, March. I tried the mcplant for the first time, and it was delicious! The staff was friendly and efficient, and they quickly resolved a mix-up with my order of fruit salad. The bathrooms were also clean. Thank you to the restaurant for serving us a great lunch. We will definitely be back!

Service very slow, eat cold and wrong order, burger should have been simple. had to travel minutes to get food changed, very hungry children not happy. must close. every time we go there, they never get the orders right.
