This diamond pub really is a little gem. Food is lovely. Well cooked and always piping hot. We have been in with just me and my husband but also with our family of 12 and always been treated with kindness and consideration. Two members of our family are gluten free which has been accommodated for without fuss and with a great respect for the condition. They are kind to the dog and lovely to the children. The staff always have a smile and fall over themselves to meet your needs. It’s not like some local pubs when strangers walk in, everyone looks. Everyone from staff to customers makes you feel welcome. Well done “the Louth” for a great effort
I just had the most incredible meal at this restaurant, and I have to say it's the best. From the friendly staff to the delicious food, there's nothing not to love.
We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with a great value carvery. The service was impeccable, with a glamorous lady who went out of her way to make our daughter feel special. The meat was delicious and the vegetables were fresh. The staff were incredibly friendly and took care of us in a very personal manner. It is worth noting that this restaurant is dog-friendly, so if that is a concern, I recommend asking to be seated away from any dogs or choose a different dining option.
Went for breakfast. We missed it so had the carvery. The vegetables were undercooked. The stuffing ball was a brick. Couldnt get my teeth or knife in it. Hardly any gravy given. Yorkshire pudds were tasteless. The turkey was ok but the ham was too hard and inedible. Very very disappointed. Left feeling hungry. Had blackcurrant and water for a drink. The blackcurrant was the cheapest ever. It was nearly £3 each per pint!!! Dont usually pay much more than 50p for just the squash.
