Captain's Cabin - East London

I came in on a cold evening and asked for a cup of coffee. I was told the coffee pot had been broken for a month so there was nothing hot to drink. Imagine a tourist frequented place not caring to replace their hot drink service for a month during the winter. Not a place I'll ever return to.

Used to love eating at Captains Cabin. Food used to be great. Very sad. Won't make the mistake again for the third time. Food is terrible. Pizzas and calamari terrible. Can see no heart being put into the food anymore. Can make tastier food at home. Guess it's become more of a drinking hole now.

Terrible experience with my family. Bad service and the food was below average. The waiters have a don't care attitude, spilt a milkshake on our child, wrong food ordered and no apologies. Ask for the manager and you get ignored. Would not recommend this place for family or if you want a good meal.

It's got a great view. Service was OK, food was OK but it's nothing special
