Mcdonald's East London Vincent Drive-thru

I had a fantastic experience at the drive-thru! The assistant was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. I ordered breakfast, and to my surprise, he offered me a muffin as a little extra treat. I also remembered to add some nuggets to my order. Overall, it was a great visit!

The service was disappointing; I waited over 45 minutes just for a simple kids' meal and a milkshake.

This is undoubtedly the busiest McDonald's in East London. The staff are energetic and always ready to serve. There's free Wi-Fi available, and the atmosphere feels more upscale than your typical fast food spot.

Before finalizing the party arrangements, I had a few questions for the manager since it was their first time hosting a party since COVID. She addressed my concerns and described what was included in the party package, which I ultimately declined because I wanted to create my own party favors. However, on the day I was supposed to make my payment, she included the party package in my order, which I did not want. Her handling of the situation was unprofessional, and the service that followed was disappointing. I would rate my experience a 0; she was rude even when I simply asked her about my order. I would not recommend this place, and I certainly would not want to host a birthday party here again. Thank you, but no thank you.

The food is great, but there can be a bit of a wait for your order, unlike other drive-thrus where you get your food right at the next window and drive off. It’s not an overly long wait, so you won’t be left feeling too impatient; it’s just a bit longer than what you might be used to.
