East Side Mario's London Westwood

My wife and I had a wonderful dinner out at this location with our three and one year olds this evening. All of the staff, especially our server Avery, treated us so well. The rate that our garlic bread, appetizers, and mains came out couldn 't have been better for our variably patient kids. We also want to give a shout out to the hosting staff that repeatedly cleared our table while we tried to contain our kids ' expanding mess. Easily the most enjoyable and 'relaxing ' meal (if that 's even possible with young kids haha) we have had out as a family, will be back again soon. Thank you!

Updates review for Cecelia, Service was fast and she was extremely. December 19/2023 I have a two year old and I thought for sure she was $2 dinner and $2 drink for certain items that we picked. but it was not and we were not informed. We paid $84 for okay pasta and dry chicken strips on a Tuesday. Again the service was great but the food is not that special. We use to come here often but it’s hard to even get more than one bread for a table of 3 past experience)

Jordan was awesome. She delivered exceptional service, displaying sweetness and humor. Her outstanding performance made our experience exceptional, and we'll specifically ask for her as our server in the future. Thanks a lot for the great service!

I recently dined at East Side Mario's on Wonderland Rd... The reservation was easy to make, and the staff was extremely helpful in accommodating our special requests. In particular, Jessica Jordan treated us with the utmost respect and care throughout the night. Great service. The ambiance was nice, and the food definitely lived up to my expectations. This is a must-try if you are looking for a nice, family-friendly place for dinner.

I have to admit that in the last few years I have not had a good experience at any of the locations, here in London or any city for that matter … until tonight. The food was good, but the service was outstanding! A server named Donna looked after us and I was more than impressed with how she did. We were never without bread and she was very attentive to my wife’s requests and even offered her samples to try to make sure that my wife got exactly what she was hoping for. Simply amazing is all I can say!! Outstanding service Donna!!!
