The food at this restaurant surpasses that of the average diner.

Two weeks ago, my husband and I dined at this restaurant. It was very crowded, as it is a popular spot. We both started with the salad, which was decent. My husband ordered the broiled seafood platter, which included fish, scallops, and shrimp, along with Cole slaw. He enjoyed it. I opted for the steak and fried shrimp, with mashed potatoes and gravy. Unfortunately, I had ordered my steak rare, but it was definitely not rare. One end was well done, while the other was closer to medium. The seasoning was good, but it wasn't cooked to my liking. The Manchester Diner is a popular and well-liked place, but my experience was just okay due to the busy atmosphere.
