Shah's Halal East Meadow

The food was incredible! The staff was very friendly, and John provided me with some of the best dishes.

This restaurant used to be my favorite until one day when I visited, feeling very hungry. The server took my order but then got distracted with other tasks. Although another staff member saw me waiting, she completely ignored me. I ended up standing there for 8 minutes without assistance before I left. There were no long lines and it didn’t seem busy, so I don’t understand why the customer service was so poor. I haven't returned since and don’t plan to in the future. I'd rather spend a little more at another place where I feel valued as a customer.

Great lamb and rice/salad plates. Staff is very friendly and I REALLY appreciate that they're open after 10p (fav pitstop for post workout fill up)... Love their fresh veggies and adding in black beans, chick peas and other fresh ingredients instead of the usual lame lamb or chicken and rise that other spots offer...

Great tasty Halal Spot to stop by.. the only flaw in this place is the quantity is getting less day by day and prices are getting much higher, i always have to ask for extra meat which they charge extra for! The employees at this place are very hardworking and acquire great customer service skills.

Well my experience on a Tuesday. First, all the tables I touched were incredibly sticky and some had food that other customers dropped so I assume they do not get cleaned regularly. I order a cheese burger and my friend a chicken sandwich and both had the bottom bread cold. The food was good but makes me doubt care is out into preparing them.
