Please explain how online orders are not ready while 5 drive thru cars and 3 walk-in ,that got there AFTER YOU, come out first!

Love this place, been coming for years now. The people are the most amazing.However, ordering the “toaster pastry” is a joke. It’s like the ice cream machine at McDonald’s. Doesn’t matter what time of the day it is, they don’t ever have any. I used to be disappointed , now I just stopped asking for it. Just take it off the menu.

Just popped in for a quick coffee and a granola bar they were happy to customize what I ordered and everything was perfect the service was excellent.

Maddie okay first word written. Is a name. So I know I didn't forget. Couldn't have had higher praise more for the young lady and her performance and her behavior her personality as well as her co workers but she was of the utmost ultimate impressiveness. Truly an obvious multitasker with the drive through headphones on able to answer my questions took my order and then gave me a terrific cup of coffee to walk away with. Even was able to be receptive of an urban story of the very negative experiences I have had at the other location. This is a terrific staff and it's the first chop I have introduced to your corporation or restaurant chain a number of years back. I would always make an effort to come back to this location if and when possible.

Don’t appreciate the Trans at the window!!! I’m out never again !
