El Chivo Feliz - East Mesa

Had the beef cheek tacos and the Tacos Chiviados today. Not even 12 hours later and wanting more! Hoping to try the stew next time too now that I know the meat quality is top notch!!

Pretty nasty place. It's dirty. Super dirty. The menudo had a thick layer of oil floating on top and it was so salty that it was inedible. I poured some of my water into the menudo to dilute the saltiness but it didn't help. The asada tacos were grissly and tasted wild, yet lacking seasoning. The salsas (red and green) were flavorless. The refried beans were also flavorless and microwaved until they had crispy edges. This is not a yummy Mexican restaurant.

I ordered a ?chicken breast meal w/ guacamole? and this is what I got. No words can explain how disappointed I am, and for 10.99 this is just terrible. I feel so ripped off.

Went here because of the Birria tacos. Ordered 4 but only got 3. I paid $20 for 3 tacos because that is all they gave me. Please when I called, hung up after ten rings. Was hoping that this place would be fabulous because it's very close to my home. But horrible customer service
