Illimitato Pizza - East Mesa

Not the best first experience of this place I will give you that!! Just moved into the neighborhood looking for a good pizza joint and this may not be it. First off did an online order and when I get there at my promised time the doors were locked at 4:30 pm. I called amd they told me to come back 15 minutes later and it atill wasnt ready.Then I paid for ranch and garlic butter and they are all out of ranch supposedly and I never recieved my garlic butter or marinara for thecheese bread! I will say the pizza is decent. I don't know though. I lost money and wasn't happy. I have a rule to always try a place twice just in case something unforeseen happened the first time so I will try it again and update myreview when I do so!

Hello! Hope all is well. We have been wanting to try your establishment for a long time now. However, the last few times the business was not open in the hours provided online when we get there and no one is there. No one answers the phone either. We order online since we figure since the hours showed open and we could place an online order we thought we would be fine since that is how most businesses in 2022 operate. Please update your business info to reflect what isgoing on. Don?t allow users or visitors of your website to place an order that you can?t fulfill. If you can?t be open to match the hours on Google and your own website, than place a sign on the business location with the hours and updateyour Google Business info. Lady at Pizza Hut, after we waited so long at the establishment for our order at a location that didn?t look open, Pizza Hut told us they have people coming in all the time unable to get your pizza. : Are yougoing to refund all the orders that where place on your website this evening via the GoChart? Looks like the owners are Az locals named Samuel and Josue Barraza Ramirez please do better Photos where taken at prime dinner time. 7pm.

"One bite and you'll understand why it's so popular. The toppings are excellent, and the sauce is fantastic. The pizza isn’t thin and crispy, so it misses the mark there. I’d give it a solid 8.5. The cheese bread and garlic knots are definitely a 9—really delicious! Honestly, the service deserves a perfect score of 100%. We ordered through GrubHub when we should have ordered directly from the restaurant to save a few bucks. I definitely recommend it if you live nearby!"

This restaurant deserves a solid 3-star rating. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and our pizza was served quickly—in just 11 minutes. The space was very clean, and I appreciated the decor. However, I deducted 2 stars because the pizza itself was average and the toppings were too sparse. I would still recommend this place, but it just didn't provide the WOW factor I was hoping for in a pizza.

The service was prompt and the restaurant was spotless. I appreciate the concept of unlimited toppings, but for my first pizza here, I opted for a classic choice. I went with a half-and-half—pepperoni on one side and sausage on the other, as we say on the East Coast. My only downside was that the crust could have been a bit firmer; it was a little too soft and doughy for my liking. The personal-sized pizza was just right for one person. As Arnold famously said, "I'll be back."
