Tropical Smoothie Cafe - East Mesa

Pull up a seat and be prepared to wait a while. Or out your car in park and take a nap!! Been here about a dozen times in the last three weeks and its always a 20 minute wait to get a smoothie. Employees have zero sense of urgency. Overall really bad customer service. I think ill be going back to jamba juice.

Half the time I go there someone isnt working. Please Update your hours to mention you aren’t actually open at 7.

They make great smoothies but they sure don’t open at 6

Smoothies were good, a little watery but still good. Very large portions, the pricing is perfect for the size you get. There are a lot of add ons, each one is $1. I got the sunrise sunset with an energizer and it was very good. The staff were so polite and friendly, they welcome everyone in, the inside was very clean and organized. The wait time was longer than I expected but not too long, only about 7 minutes due to tons of online orders coming in.Vegetarian options: Large selection of vegetarian options. Most of their menu options can be substituted for plant based meat.Parking: Lots of parking.Kid-friendliness: There isn’t much for children to do here, but it’s a clean environment for them.
