Fabulous carvery lunch with neighboursWe booked a table for the Sunday carvery and were not disappointed. The meats were deliciously cooked, fresh vegetables, choice of gravies and homemade Yorkshire pudds. The service was good, well worth a visit. You won’t be disappointed. Well done Eileen her team!

Very nice local pub where you can see sports and shar with friends or family in a nice atmosphere. The prices are reasonable!

Visited the Woodpecker for the first time for their Sunday Carvery. The food was outstanding, as was the customer service. I was informed this was their last service until September, so we will return when they restart to their Sunday carvery again.
