The service was slow and we were not asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. The food was very bland and we were not offered dessert. We will not be returning anytime soon.

My mother ordered the vegetarian Caesar salad with goat cheese, while I opted for the grilled eggplant dish, and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service was friendly and efficient, with our food being served promptly despite the restaurant's busyness during the holiday season.

I got food poisoning at a restaurant in Wildwoods. The staff was unhelpful and the customer service that followed was just as bad as the food. I received multiple emails from various individuals, being passed around hoping I would just disappear. There was no apology or compensation offered. The response was sloppy and unprofessional. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment!

We came here for the second in two years for my sister in laws birthday meal (although we didn't tell the team that it was her birthday . There were 8 of us in total 4 adults and 4 teenagers. Managed to get seated quite quickly, but waiting to get in was a bit of a faff as the service staff were busy serving so it did seem a bit chaotic. However, once seated, the lady that served us (sorry I can not remember her name this time, but in 2021 it was Natalie still have that receipt! was professional and friendly. Food came out relatively quickly, although the drinks were messed up slightly and the glass for my sister in law did have a crack. Food though was very good (same as last time , and prices had changed (by all accounts since then. Unlike Chi (which is further into the complex I would recommend coming here, and if I hadn't booked anywhere, I am likely to come again.

Would be a nice setting if you don’t sit on the terrace against the windows. My son thought a bird had sh on his head until we looked up and saw that it was one of the many, many big spiders. Mentioned it to the maitre D who was totally disinterested and ignored my comments. They can’t say that they don’t know that this is a problem, because the white plastic chairs are stained by spider sh . In relation to food, I chose Linguine Vongole based on the bill board outside the restaurant, it looked nothing like that photo and was greasy. The place was busy, maybe I just chose wrongly.
