Carvel - East Northport

I am grateful to have ice cream no matter how bad it is. I am usually an easy grader, but this was a really bad experience, both the product and customer service. Our regular Carvel had a line, so we went to this location and they didn't have my normal red bonnet, so I got a large vanilla cone with rainbow sprinkles. A standard order. The cone holder was for a different cone, but that wasn't the problem. I was handed a giant blob that was falling all over the place! I

Good carvel and decent service. Their ice cream is very fresh and good portion. Reese?s sundae dasher is so bomb!

Frostbitten pre-made cones and there was ice in my mint chocolate indicating it was frost-bitten also. Not fresh at all. Would not go back. Disappointing.

Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing East Northport and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. No public Restroom. Reasonably priced. Staff is ok. Credit cards accepted. We will most likely be going back.

They are under a new management now, better and friendly service. My kids love their products so much, very fresh soft serve and beautiful cakes.
