Fireside Caterers - East Northport

I absolutely love their ribs and chicken! The cucumber salad is excellent, and I really enjoy the mac and cheese as well. If you're a fan of sausage and peppers, you won't be disappointed. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.

I placed an order for about 3/4 of a tray of ribs. I had to update my pick up time and I was not given a problem. The ribs were out of this world and I received so many compliments. I will be ordering for my next even there.

The soda was freshly made and delicious—it never tasted flat, although they unfortunately didn't have fountain drinks. Due to COVID-19, the cafe closed on June 1st, and I was fortunate to visit before that. I can confidently say it was the best food in Commack. It’s bittersweet to see this place go after over 30 years—it’s been part of my life since I was nine years old, hosting many family gatherings. I remember how fantastic the dishes were, and friends used to rave about Fireside Deli being the best café around. If it weren't for COVID, I would still be a regular customer until the owners decided to retire. Sadly, the pandemic took its toll, and they had to shut down. Thank you, Fireside, for the wonderful memories and to the owner, who knew my father well. Wishing you the best in your future endeavors and in retirement. Thank you for all those delicious meals over the years! We love you guys!!! Rest in peace, Fireside Commack (1990-2020). We miss you and will cherish the memories forever.

I visit New York every two months and always look forward to their sandwiches and tuna salad. They also serve hot food and many other salads I didn't try. This is a quick service takeout deli not to talk decor. They make very good sandwiches fast. I didn't try her warm food or catering.

I have been coming here for years, and it’s a fantastic spot to grab a freshly prepared rotisserie chicken paired with their superb North Carolina-style BBQ sauce, which is tangy and vinegar-based. They also have a full deli offering delicious heroes and more. Highly recommended!
