Galleria - East Otis

I'm so thankful that my friend asked me to meet at this adorable and delicious restaurant that will quickly become a regular spot for me!! The place was was bustling at the Friday night dinner rush and our server (Valentina) was extremely attentive and so sweet and funny, and not just to our table ... she engaged with every table and made sure every patron had what they wanted, I was impressed at how attentive she was to the entire room!! I also noticed some folks seemed to be regulars and made the restaurant feel even cozier and inviting! The food was extremely good, I had a white Margarita pizza ... perfection!!! Margarita pizza is one of my absolute favorites and a lot of restaurants don't make good ones, so when I find a spot that makes a good one, I'm hooked!! My friend had fried mozzarella and they looked super yummy, in fact all of the food I saw come out of the kitchen looked yummy and the portions were on point!!! Another great factor about Galleria is that it is family owned and operated, which helps support the small business and the local economy, which is something I really care about,

Kind owner and staff. I had made a meal for a family but I dropped my lasagna in my garage on my way to deliver it. : When I called Galleria and explained the situation, the owner got on the phone and said they would make me a tray of chicken parmigiana and pasta right away. 25 minutes and I was able to still deliver a yummy meal to a family that I had wanted to help. I’ve used them for pasta parties for sport teams as well and the food was great! I’m truly thankful for their kindness tonight!:

We've gotten take out from here a bunch of times the food is always good and the woman who checks me out with the dark curly hair is always the absolute sweetest!

We haven’t been in a few years. We ordered the fried mozzarella it was in heavy burnt oil. It was so paper thin there were more breadcrumbs than cheese. It was awful. The salad that came with the dinner could fit in the palm of my hand .iceberg lettuce. My friend got chicken Parm. It had maybe a half a cup of pasta and two small pieces of chicken. He said it was horrible and had no flavor..I had fish and chips and that was very good.We won’t be back again. That place has really changed.

Restaurant was about 40% full, but it took over an hour for our food to be served. Food was decent though scampi sauce was a bit too sour. Portion is on the small side. Service can be better and faster. Will not be returning.
