Pizza Hut - East Palestine

-1 star. Ordered at 619pm was to be delivered at 755 ok cool no biggie good didn’t arrive till after 830pm, and it was cold. I would have went and picked it up since I only live a couple blocks away but I just had surgery and I’m not allowed to drive. Was super disappointed and when I called the phone just rang.

Our bread stick was cold butter spread on them and a different seasoning than normal. For some reason the pizzas are never cut all the way through and it makes it very difficult to eat when we are at sporting events.

Have more polite delivery drivers. i marked i wanted contactless delivery because i am positive for covid and they knocked on my door and wouldnt leave until i opened it and took the pizza out of their hands. i dont see the point in the option if youre just going to do whatever you want

Wings are great with all new sauces and ruin. friendly staff and fast service. always fastest delivery in the city and large value menu elements. love the new one.
