Contribuisci feedbackWe tried to flag down the hostess for assistance, and while she responded warmly, it took more than 10 minutes for us to receive napkins. By that time, we had finished our appetizer, using a small drink napkin from under our water glass. We flagged down the hostess again, and though she didn’t apologize for the oversight, she eventually brought us a napkin. But where was our server during all of this? She seemed to have vanished for around 15 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was brought out by someone else, and our server was still nowhere to be found. My shrimp was warm but unremarkable, and my wife’s wrap—filled with chicken, shrimp, and steak—was cold and lacked flavor. Also, there was no shrimp sauce served with it. After another 15 to 20 minutes, our server finally reappeared and asked how everything was. My wife took this opportunity to explain everything that had happened, including our lack of ability to order another beer. The server seemed completely oblivious to her role in the poor service we experienced, but promised she would have the manager come to speak with us. After this, we waited again. Eventually, our server returned with the bill and offered us a free dessert. However, there was still no sign of the manager. It seems either the server never found the manager, or the manager lacked the courage to face us. This was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. We will not be returning to this establishment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
