Contribuisci feedbackI decided to skip the drive-thru today and ordered chocolate shakes, but unfortunately, what I received was not a properly made chocolate milkshake. This restaurant seriously needs to improve their shake-making skills. I will not be returning!
My coworker Mackenzie was extremely rude during my DoorDash pick-up. I do not recommend this place at all. She was argumentative and believed that people should automatically know the 24 rotating flavors. I hope I never have to go back there.
I visited the East Peoria, IL location on 4/28/21. A young blonde girl brought my ice cream cone to the drive-thru window, but it had already started melting. When I mentioned it to her, she said she would fix it. However, she returned with the ice cream in a cup instead of a new cone. We moved to the parking lot to try and repair it, but the cone was completely broken. The lobby was closed, so when we tried to get the attention of two young girls inside, they completely ignored us and continued talking and eating ice cream. This was a waste of both time and money. We ended up driving further to the Morton location instead.
Has absolutely nothing. We tried to order and had to pick several times before they actually had something. 31 flavors? More like 3-1 2 flavors. Never seen a Dunkin/BR with zero customers and now I know why.
Didn't have oreos. Two shakes cost $15. The chocolate shake taste like watered down chocolate milk. They were very slow and awkward.
