I placed an order thru the app and I was processing my payment and I had $7 in coupons and they didn't offer any place to put them so I called the store to cancel and was told I had to cancel in the app. I went thru every tab... there was no place to cancel the order. I finally Googled it and found out I have to cancel on the website. So after telling the store NOT TO MAKE THE ORDER! They did anyway and now I'm supposed to file online to get the charges of $55 off the card. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. I feel what they are doing amounts to fraud. Make it as hard as possible to find the place to cancel and your brain dead employees don't know enough to tell you on the website to cancel instead they tell you to cancel in the app. While you're trying to figure out where to cancel they make your order anyway so they can charge you for it. My suggestion if you want to order their crappy food (we don't have a lot of choices in our town or I wouldn't buy from them EVER) order in person. Or better yet go to Arby's!

Extra Crispy was overcooked dry and hard. Would have to wait 20 mins for reg so split my order. I don't go there often but every time I go the food is not good and they are out of something. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 2
