Subway - East Prairie

I visited the East Prairie location for the first time and was impressed by the young man, David. He was very polite and respectful, providing excellent customer service. I wish everyone had a job like his!

I ordered a rotisserie chicken from Subway, and it was loaded with so much lettuce and mayo that I couldn't eat it. We ordered online, as we usually do, and that was my experience. I ended up throwing it in the trash. That was my dinner, and I'm pretty sure we're done with the Subway in East Prague.

Worst subway that I ever had. Worst help. Frozen tomatoes. Stale bread. Please do something. I want be back until it improves.

I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone! I ordered a footlong teriyaki chicken sandwich last night, and when I picked it up, the chicken was ice-cold, and the sandwich wasn’t toasted. When I got home and opened it, I immediately called the restaurant to address the issue. The staff asked me to come back, but I explained that I didn’t have a ride since I had borrowed a vehicle just to get there. I couldn’t heat it up either because the vegetables would have been cold as well, so I ended up throwing it away. They told me to call back today to resolve the issue. However, when I called, they said there was nothing they could do, leaving me out $9. The service from the general manager was extremely disappointing. PLEASE SHARE!

Clean and friendly environment. Employees are very nice highly recommend eating at this location.
