Costa Coffee - East Renfrewshire

I have been a customer at this coffee shop since it opened, but I am disappointed with the coffee they serve. Whenever my wife buys me a coffee from here, it is only filled up to 3/4 of the cup, with the rest being filled with bubbles, making the coffee too strong. Despite liking this local shop, I may take my business elsewhere due to parking issues. I prefer Costa Coffee, as this shop seems to have trouble providing customer satisfaction. Sorry Michael, but I felt the need to make this complaint. Hugh.

I was here for lunch with my youngest grandchild. The service isn’t super fast but it is friendly. As usual it was quite busy with a fair number of school kids. It’s standard Costa fare and as usual on the high side of acceptable pricing.

The staff was friendly, but I was unimpressed by one member who dropped two items on the floor, picked them up, and used them without washing them. The seats and floor were filthy. I only came here because of a birthday voucher. It is February and there were houseflies in the restaurant.

I visit costa in Clarkston as often as I can around my shifts at work. I'm always greeted in a friendly manner by name and they know my usual order without having to ask. There are some members of staff in particular who are fabulous and go out their way to make sure you've got what you need and promptly. Jen, Michael, Saffron, Sandra, Grace and Oliver are all assets to the company and make it such a lovely place for me to go to for my coffee and toast. I can sit and relax and read my book without hassles. All excellent baristas with great customer service skills
