Another fabulous dinner party. Food was delicious as was the hospitality from Ian and Sheila. No better menu for miles.

First visit to this excellent restaurant. Staff very friendly, welcoming and food outstanding and so very tasty. Breath of fresh air menu. Can’t wait to go back!!

Fabulous as always; there with family celebrating my niece’s 30th. From Sheila’s welcome to Ian usual high standard of food meeting the requirements of 3 generations) the lunch was faultless. Thanks for another fantastic family celebration

Love eating here. We have never been disappointed with the food, wine and service. The atmosphere is informal and cosy. All food is prepared fresh and from scratch. There’s the choice of set menu or a La carte. It’s not expensive given the exceptional quality of food and service. This was our 4th visit as It’s just under 100 mile round trip for us. But certainly won’t be our last

Ian Brown continues to produce wonderful plates of food. Eight of us met for a celebration dinner, choosing widely from the menu over 3 courses and loving every plateful. You can't fault any aspect of this small restaurant, nice ambience created by an attentive Sheila who makes everyone feel at home. What a pity they are retiring when the business is sold. They will be missed. Enjoy while you still can!
