Arby's - East Ridge

I always enjoy the fresh and hot food at this Arby's. It's my favorite.

I recently visited the Arby's in East Ridge and decided to try their new cheeseburger. When I placed my order at the drive-thru, the lady informed me that they were out of hamburger meat. I was confused as to why they would have a menu item but not have the main ingredient for it. To make matters worse, when I received my food, the fries were cold and stale.

This restaurant should not be considered fast food. It took so long to receive our order that it felt like we could have taken a nap and woke up a year later. Do not recommend.
