Checkers - East Ridge

Overall, the staff was friendly and the food was fresh, but the mistakes made the experience disappointing. It's understandable that errors can occur, especially when the restaurant is busy, but it was still frustrating. The fact that the wrong sandwich and shake were cheaper than what we actually ordered meant that we ended up losing money.

During my first visit to East Tennessee, I decided to try a couple of cakes at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they were extremely salty and I couldn't even finish one. I prefer salt in savory dishes, not in my dessert. To make matters worse, they never answered their phone when I tried to call. I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant if they continue to serve overly salty desserts and have poor customer service.

This restaurant has the best burgers in the area for miles. They offer affordable combo meals that are delicious.

This place was really good in the past, but recently it went downhill. I had the last 3 times problems I was mainly with the quality of the food. as if it were a past. the staff was great! smiling and was very professional. I can't say I'll be back soon. eating was just unusable.

Bacon cheeseburger is great!! They you add the best fries around with a shake and you got it all at one place.
